Cali Collins isn't simply a Carolina Catfish fan. She's a fanatic.

Fortunately, working as a marketing intern for the Catfish gives her a front-row seat to every game.

Unfortunately, it also gets her trapped inside the team's enormous catfish costume.

When the regular mascot breaks his leg, Cali reluctantly agrees to replace him. Her first appearance ends with her crashing an ATV into Tate, landing on top of him, and accidentally humping his leg in front of forty thousand fans.

The mortifying video goes viral.

Cali plans to hide inside Catty's oversized head until everyone forgets it happened. Then Tate finds her out of costume — and decides the beautiful, neurotic marketing intern is exactly the woman he wants.

Cali knows dating her favorite player is a disaster waiting to happen. She could lose her job, become tabloid gossip, or discover that the man she's idolized for years doesn't live up to the fantasy.

But Tate isn't interested in being another fantasy. He's determined to become her reality.

And while Cali hides her fishy alter ego, Tate starts confiding in Catty about the woman he can't stop thinking about — never realizing she's been inside the mascot suit the entire time.

The Mascot is a steamy celebrity-fan baseball romance and Book 1 in the Carolina Catfish series. Each book follows a different couple and can be read as a complete standalone with an HEA and no cliffhanger.
